From meeting Alexander to discussing business
The leader recalls a festival where he first encountered Bukvitsa, then discusses the company’s development. He describes premium sewing accessories wholesale as its main activity, alongside product branding and furniture components — 02:52–05:27.
In his account, the initial aim of earning money developed into a more deliberate choice of activities. He describes the mission through usefulness to clients: making quality materials and technologies available to manufacturers.
How the team took part in Bukvitsa
In this interview, Bukvitsa names a game with Alexander, which the speaker distinguishes from the letter chart. He describes inviting the facilitator regularly and exploring each participant’s inner questions — 05:27–07:44. The recording does not establish a clear timetable or a full set of activities.
As their manager, he notices greater awareness, courage and confidence in employees about what they do and why. These are one person’s observations; no separate employee interviews or survey results accompany the account — 07:44–09:06.
What is actually said about the business figures
When asked about figures, the leader says his answer is approximate and intuitive. He mentions up to 30% annual turnover growth, then 20–30% annual growth, and around 40% when discussing 2019 and 2020 — 09:06–10:48.
In the same passage, he says the 2020 results had not yet been compiled or analysed. Accounts, calculation methods and the comparison base for 40% were not supplied. This is the leader’s estimate, not a verified financial outcome of work with Alexander. The interview cannot separate the influence of practices from demand, team decisions or other factors.

What else is in the full recording
From 10:48 to 16:11, the speaker recounts family health stories involving his son and wife. These are a witness’s recollections rather than separate medical case studies: no records, scans or doctors’ reports were supplied. These passages are not used as evidence of business outcomes or treatment efficacy, and are not a basis for changing medical care.

[Alexander’s introduction] Today marks seven years of my Energy of Crystal project. I would like to share people’s accounts so others can learn about it. Tell us how we met and how my work affected your life.
- 00:40
We first met at a festival you held near Kyiv. I was there with my wife, son and, I think, someone from the company. It was a rich, striking event with Slavic traditions and rituals. That was where I first saw Bukvitsa, a chart like the one behind me.
- 01:30
The first thing I noticed was the number of letters. That impressed me. From then on, something began changing inside: insights, feelings, questions and answers. That is how I came to be here today.
- 01:52
[Question] Tell us briefly about yourself, your life and values. I was born in Smila in the Cherkasy region. I have a wonderful wife and two children. I own and run my company, PIM.
- 02:20
The company is 27 years old; on 27 May it will be exactly 27 years since it was established. I see myself on a path of fulfilment and success. I do what I love and want to do, and enjoy it.
- 02:43
[Question] Tell us more about the company, its goals, values and outlook. Initially, the company was created to make money and provide for myself and my family.
- 03:11
Later, the choice became more deliberate: what activities and products to focus on. We chose light industry, wholesaling premium sewing accessories. Today I regard the company as a leader in that segment in our country.
- 03:45
Over roughly the past seven years, other areas have appeared. PIM Branding serves clients’ product branding and labelling needs. There is also furniture hardware: components for upholstered furniture production.
- 04:13
Another area [name unclear] serves the premium segment, boutiques and private homes: wooden clothes hangers made to our own specifications.
- 04:36
[Question] Tell us about the corporate culture behind this. Above all, we try to be useful to our clients.
- 04:54
We select the best products and aim to make them available to local manufacturers. Our main mission is to enable them to use advanced technologies and the best materials people have developed.
- 05:27
[Question] How did you come to introduce Bukvitsa and help the team explore it? How did it affect the company and its culture?
- 05:47
I would distinguish two meanings of Bukvitsa. One is the chart people know from the internet and YouTube. The other is the Bukvitsa game you introduced to us.
- 06:16
Bukvitsa as an alphabet of 49 letters is about imagery. Exploring it takes you into another world of symbols and images. I feel that concepts such as spirituality and the soul are missing from today’s vocabulary, and connect that with what is happening in society.
- 07:05
As for the game you developed and improved, we participate regularly as a company. We try to invite you twice, I think [period not specified]. Through this knowledge, each person explores themselves and finds answers to inner questions. That is how I distinguish the two meanings.
- 07:44
[Question] What changes do you notice in employees as a manager? It means something different to each person; they would be better placed to describe it themselves. But I do notice changes as their manager.
- 08:13
People become more aware and less fearful. They focus more on their goals and on perceiving the world through the heart and spirituality, beyond basic needs.
- 08:42
That inner substance gives people confidence in what they do and why. They receive appreciation, including financially, through feedback from their clients. That would be my answer.
- 09:06
[Question] Viewers will surely ask whether the company’s financial figures increased. My approximate answer is that I am not particularly devoted to figures or accounting. Intuitively, as a manager, I feel that the figures are growing.
- 09:35
My company’s turnover increases by up to 30 per cent annually. Even in the past year, when things seemed difficult everywhere, our figures have grown. We work every day; there has not been a day when staff did not come to work for some reason.
- 10:04
Demand for our products keeps growing. To me, that suggests that problems are within us. If we overcome ourselves, then [phrase about problems unclear]. There is the world around us.
- 10:25
Overall, the figures are growing. I would say 20–30 per cent annual growth is the minimum; that is what I intuitively feel. We have not yet compiled or analysed 2020. But looking at 2019 and 2020, our figures increased by around 40 per cent.
- 10:48
[Question] We have also worked together in healing and energy practices. Could you describe that experience?
- 11:13
Two striking stories from my personal life concern my son and wife. My son had a closed forearm fracture; I do not remember which arm. After surgery, the bones healed, but his fingers did not work.
- 11:50
My employee Roman, who has studied these subjects longer than I have, suggested asking you for help. Roman introduced us then and suggested calling Sasha to see whether he could help.
- 12:18
My son was distressed because his hand did not work. According to him, neurosurgeons spoke of damage to nerves controlling the fingers. I called a surgeon I knew, who said it needed another examination. We did not want to go through it again and sent my son to you; he was 26 then.
- 12:57
An hour later, he came to my office and said his hand was working. When I asked what Sasha had done, he said Sasha had asked about our relationship. They talked for 10–15 minutes, and his hand began working. As far as I can observe, it still works without problems.
- 13:30
The second story concerns my wife. About three years earlier, we were skiing in Bukovel. She took an awkward step, landed badly and fell. It hurt her to stand up. I did not understand the pain; I thought a fall on flat ground could not cause serious injury.
- 14:07
After examinations, scans and X-rays, doctors reportedly identified tears in the collateral and anterior cruciate ligaments of her left knee. We were told about months of immobilisation followed by surgery, and that the anterior cruciate ligament would not heal because it was in fluid.
- 14:50
I felt there had to be a solution. We contacted you, and you said it would recover in 40 days. My wife believed you because we already knew each other, and began doing what you told her over the phone.
- 15:17
After 40 days, we had repeat X-rays and scans. Everything had scarred over and healed. We showed the results to another doctor, who asked what was troubling her, saying that everything looked normal.
- 15:38
We did not explain these extraordinary capacities of the body and your abilities to the doctors. I believe conventional medicine rejects them. My wife would be better placed to describe her own experience. As a witness, I believe it works.
- 16:11
[Question] What recommendation would you give in closing? For leaders of companies or families, husbands or wives, I would recommend trying the Bukvitsa game for self-exploration at least once a year.
- 16:55
I feel it helps bring the team together and find answers to personal questions. Even if you think you have no questions, you can discover one you want answered. Seeing yourself from outside and seeing people find answers can bring a eureka moment.
- 17:36
When people cross those barriers and explore themselves, their nature and soul, life feels easier. Some cry; others face difficult relationship questions involving parents, grandparents or siblings. Self-awareness comes first.
- 18:13
I recommend trying it and then drawing your own conclusions. When we participate as a company or I attend your events personally, I find answers to my questions. I see you as a guide who helps people understand themselves.
- 18:48
Thank you for your time. Thank you, Alexander, for what you do for our company, for me personally and for the world. Thank you, and best wishes to you and your company.
Prepare your own business question
Choose one situation: recurring approvals, owner overload or a decision you keep postponing. Prepare a short timeline and available figures. Separately identify what you want to explore about your own role as a leader.
If you want work involving a team, describe the question, participant count and preferred format. Availability, fees, schedule and confidentiality arrangements are agreed individually. The historical format in the interview does not define current terms.

Can I expect the same growth in business figures?
The review does not justify promising the same result. Personal work and team practices do not replace financial or management analysis. Decide beforehand which decisions and figures you will track in your own company.
