An introduction to the method: Zhiva, family imagery, symbolic rituals and the foundations of working with a personal question.
Zhiva names the vital resource in the institute’s tradition.

Chakras belong to the institute’s spiritual model, not medical anatomy.

The fourth level uses the language of the author’s cosmology: “multidimensionality”, spiritual imagery, personal projects and legacy.
