Who leads the approach
Alexander Zharkov is the founder and methodologist of the Institute of Slavic Zhiva, founded in 2008. The institute offers spiritual practices, guided programmes and education in its Nav–Yav–Prav approach.
His role in your work
Alexander personally provides text consultations and VIP work. Agree the practitioner and terms for other programmes before starting.
Alexander describes his own recovery after paralysis as the starting point for developing his approach. This is his personal account, supplied by the institute; it is not clinical evidence that the approach treats neurological conditions.
Nav–Yav–Prav is the institute’s model for considering past experience, the present situation and a possible next step. Spiritual terms describe the author’s worldview, not medical anatomy or a medical examination.
Discuss the question, practitioner, schedule, language and terms before starting. The institute’s spiritual practices are not medical services and do not replace assessment or treatment.
