Seeking support while unwell

Sometimes events in our lives teach us, shape us and make us better. Such events often come through people whom angels send us. Something interesting, surprising and wonderful happened in my life, and it taught me a lot.

Two years ago I was diagnosed with Lyme disease, and doctors gave me two years to live and said it was incurable.

At the same time, I was taking antibiotics and buying a lot of medicine. We were trying to do something. This went on for about six months.

There were moments when I thought it was all over and I just needed to finish everything necessary. At other times I felt it was not over and wanted to change things. I believed the situation was given to me not to write a will but to change something within myself.

I had happened to arrive at these lectures three times in one day. A queue formed and I ended up third, although I had not taken a place. The first person, the second, and then I was third.

A month and a half passed and I went for the tests I had been taking every month. I was very frightened because there was no guarantee; I did not know if I was well. When I got the paper and looked at it, that was it: I was well.

This story taught me a lot. Thanks to Alexander Zharkov I was able to deal with situations that led me to this illness. I am grateful to a person who helps, who does not simply deal with an illness on someone’s behalf but helps them.
